For lawyers and law firms listed on CasePilot
Last updated: 3 September 2026
These terms govern your use of CasePilot as a listed professional. They are a business-to-business agreement. Consumer protection rules do not apply to it.
CasePilot is operated by Adam Mrabeti, a sole trader registered in France, trading under the commercial name CasePilot.
"You" means the lawyer or law firm holding the account.
You may register only if you are entitled to practise law and are registered with the Czech Bar Association or an equivalent professional body. You must tell us without delay if that ceases to be true, if your registration is suspended, or if you are subject to a disciplinary measure that affects your ability to practise.
We may close the account of anyone who is not entitled to practise.
We provide a listing on casepilot.cz and, depending on your plan, tools to receive inquiries, manage availability, take bookings, message clients, and see how your profile performs.
We provide a platform. We do not provide clients, we do not guarantee inquiries, bookings or revenue, and we make no representation about how much work you will receive.
Accuracy. Everything on your profile must be true and current — your name, title, Bar number, practice areas, languages, locations, pricing, qualifications and memberships. You are responsible for keeping it accurate. Misstating your qualifications or your standing is grounds for immediate suspension.
Professional rules. You remain fully bound by the law on advocacy and by the rules of your Bar, including on advertising, conflicts of interest, independence and confidentiality. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that using CasePilot is compatible with those rules, including your duty of confidentiality in relation to material stored on our systems. We are not able to make that assessment for you.
Independence. Nothing we do is intended to influence your professional judgement. You decide which matters to accept, on what terms, and how to conduct them.
Fees. Your fees are yours. We take no commission and never handle payments between you and your clients. You are responsible for your own invoicing, tax and client-money obligations.
Responsiveness. If you list availability, keep it current. Persistently failing to respond to inquiries or honour bookings damages clients and the platform, and is grounds for suspension.
Content. Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading or infringing. Do not upload client documents or client identifying information to your profile.
Verification is included with a paid plan. We check the Bar registration number you have given us against the public register of the Czech Bar Association, and we review your CasePilot profile against that register and against any documents you supply. The check is carried out manually by a person.
The badge means: we have confirmed your registration number against the public register and found nothing on your profile inconsistent with it. It is not a guarantee of your competence, of your standing at any moment after the check was made, or of the accuracy of claims we have no way to verify — your experience, your results, or your expertise in a particular area.
Tell us without delay if your registration is suspended, withdrawn or otherwise changes. We may re-check at any time, and we will withdraw the badge if the basis for it no longer holds. We will tell you why.
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Free | 0 Kč. 650 Kč per inquiry to unlock the sender's contact details. |
| Premium | 1 250 Kč per month, or 12 500 Kč per year. |
| Enterprise | Agreed individually, per seat. |
All prices are in Czech koruna.
Inquiry unlocks. On the free plan you can read the text of an inquiry before deciding. Paying 650 Kč reveals the sender's name, email address and phone number and lets you reply by email. The unlock is one-off, applies to that inquiry only, and is permanent — it survives the end of any subscription. Unlocks are not refundable. You see the substance before you pay, so there is nothing hidden to regret.
Premium. Every inquiry is included. Paying annually costs the equivalent of ten months.
Enterprise. Set out in the order we agree with you. These terms apply except where that order says otherwise.
We invoice in Czech koruna. Invoices are issued by CasePilot, not by our payment provider, and are available in your dashboard and sent to you by email when payment is taken.
Because you are a business established in another Member State, our services to you are supplied where you are established and VAT is accounted for by you under the reverse charge. Our invoices are marked accordingly. You are responsible for your own VAT position, including registering as an identified person where that applies to you.
If a payment fails. We retry over approximately three weeks and email you each time. Your plan keeps working throughout, so a failed payment never costs you an inquiry in the middle of a matter. Only when the retries are exhausted does the account fall back to the free plan, with paid features switched off. Paying restores everything immediately. For a firm on Enterprise, the firm is frozen rather than downgraded: it becomes invisible in search and firm features are suspended, and nothing is deleted.
Cancelling. Cancel at any time from your dashboard, without contacting us and without giving a reason. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then drops to free. Nothing is deleted — your profile, your clients and your history stay where they are.
Price changes. We may change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect, and the change applies from the next renewal. If you do not accept it, cancel before then.
We tell clients how results are ordered, and we tell you the same thing.
Results are ordered by, in order of importance:
Nobody can buy a specific position, and we do not accept payment to demote a competitor. Clients can re-sort results themselves.
Other differences between plans — the number of practice areas you may list, whether clients can book you directly, whether you can message clients, the verified badge, analytics, and which profile sections are shown — are set out on our pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
You can be reviewed by a client who booked a consultation through CasePilot, and you may invite people you have worked with outside the platform to review you. Reviews are labelled so that clients can see which route a review came by. You choose whether reviews are shown on your public profile at all: the setting is all or nothing.
You cannot edit or delete individual reviews, and you cannot choose which ones are displayed. You can reply publicly to any review, and your reply appears beneath it.
Do not invite anyone who has not actually instructed you, do not offer anything in exchange for a review, and do not invite selectively in order to bury a review you dislike. Doing any of these is an unfair commercial practice under EU consumer law, it is our problem as much as yours, and it is grounds for removing your reviews and suspending your account.
We remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, obviously fake, or bought. Ask us at support@casepilot.cz and tell us why; we will look at it and tell you what we decided.
For inquiries received before you accept a booking, and for everything about your own account, we are the controller. For the content of communications with a client after you accept a booking, you are the controller and we act as your processor; the Data Processing Agreement annexed to these terms governs that and forms part of this contract.
You are responsible for handling client data lawfully, including your own retention decisions and your professional confidentiality obligations.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, if you are no longer entitled to practise, if we are required to by law, or if continuing would expose clients, us or the platform to serious harm.
Before we restrict or suspend, we give you a statement of the reasons, unless the law prevents us or the account is being used for something unlawful.
Before we terminate, we give you at least 30 days' notice and a statement of the reasons. We may terminate without that notice where you have repeatedly broken these terms, where the law requires it, or where you have lost the right to practise.
You may dispute any of this by writing to support@casepilot.cz. We answer within 14 days.
You may terminate at any time, as set out in section 7.
We may change these terms. We will give you at least 15 days' notice by email before a change takes effect, and longer if the change requires you to make technical or commercial adjustments. You may terminate before the change takes effect. Continuing to use CasePilot afterwards means you accept it.
We may make a change without notice where the law requires it or to address an immediate security or legal risk.
You keep ownership of everything you put on your profile. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host it, display it on casepilot.cz, include it in search results, and show it in search engine results and in our own marketing of the platform, for as long as your profile is live. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups and in records we must keep.
We may show your firm's name and logo in a list of firms using CasePilot. Tell us if you would rather we did not.
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Neither of us is liable to the other for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. This does not limit liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
You are responsible for your professional work and its consequences. If a client brings a claim against us arising from your advice, your conduct, or something untrue on your profile, you will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
These terms are governed by French law. The courts of Paris have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have under Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 to bring a claim elsewhere.
Talk to us first at support@casepilot.cz. We are a small enterprise and are not required to operate an internal complaint-handling system or to designate mediators under that Regulation, but we answer every complaint in writing and we would rather settle a dispute than argue about it.
